Hot Vinyasa 90 min class is a challenging flow that combines a concoction of fluidity, strength, balance and heat.It moves faster than the warm vinyasa class. guaranteed to make you sweat.
Back to basics class is conducted much like a workshop in which we explore a set of or individual asanas by breaking them down to their simplest form, you as the student ask questions and participate in the learning process, to get clarification thereby getting familiar with your body and how it works in each asana.
